The Global coffee market for instant coffee is the range of 350,000 MT to 450,000 MT per annum. The large variation in estimates is on account of how one measures 3 in 1 mixes where coffee is only 10% of the total ingredients. The market is growing at the rate of 2% per annum. Instant coffee has been instrumental in introducing coffee to many hitherto tea drinking countries.
